Gluten Free Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour (Bob’s Red Mill)

  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • toppings (sesame seeds, everything but the bagel seasoning)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Combine all dry ingredients and mix, then add remaining wet ingredients

  4. Use hands to form dough, and divide into 4-5 even segments

  5. Gently roll to form a long log, and then shape into a circle. If the dough falls apart, can overlap pieces to form a circle (it will come out whole after baking)

  6. Brush with egg wash and add seasonings or flavor of choice

  7. Bake for 25-30min

  8. Allow to cool before serving
