Gluten Free Bagels
Ingredients
1 cup gluten free flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
1/4 cup tapioca starch
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1 egg (for egg wash)
toppings (sesame seeds, everything but the bagel seasoning)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine all dry ingredients and mix, then add remaining wet ingredients
Use hands to form dough, and divide into 4-5 even segments
Gently roll to form a long log, and then shape into a circle. If the dough falls apart, can overlap pieces to form a circle (it will come out whole after baking)
Brush with egg wash and add seasonings or flavor of choice
Bake for 25-30min
Allow to cool before serving
